Today the world suffers from contrast between riches and poverty _____ locally and internationally. If every one has it all, there is some chance of a more dynamic kind of content, but the reverse is the case ➡➡ which has incited the sufferer's to the most violent protests. Inequality of wealth has brought about conflicts, prompting the poor to rise in violent protests against the rich. If only the world can put an end to income disparity, then people will live to a more contented peaceful life. Never minding the diversity of people running helter - skelter to unravel the challenging conditions. Sadly people ask themselves why all this things abound.

THE GOVERNMENT ➡➡ It is crucial for the government to invigorate and rejuvenate our moribund economy which has devalued the standard of living. People no longer consolidate a great deal of job opportunities.

They suffer adversity with no one to vindicate them,live a miserable life with no one to help. It is very important for every one to vicissitude their deceitful actions.

Over the years, the economy has survived the besmirch of chagrin. So many lives have been menaced and charred leaving others in turmoil. People have been impeded of their homes, erroneously treated. Heinous individuals keeps invading the homes of innocent people.

The system have become inordinately lethal. It is high time this unsavoury and ignoble actions of gullible and heinous thugs be eradicated. An immense animosity have been placed on government for their lack of apathy. Destruction of people's lives have become colossal.

People no longer now have a place to call their own, seeing the global uncertainty and vernal individuals besieging the earth.

Experiencing the abstruse scenes and laborious actions of most individual have elucidated the mind to exercise vigilance. Fear grips the mind of people, their hearts gets to face the plight caused by the mistakes of others.

Egyptian court permits Suez Canal to keep holding Ever Given

An Egyptian court has told the Suez Canal Authority to continue holding a container ship that blocked traffic for six days in March.

This is coming after the Japanese owner of the Ever Given complained that the vessel’s continuous detention was unlawful.

The Ever Given, one of the world’s largest container ships, got stuck across the canal on March 23 this year. It caused traffic in both directions and disrupted global trade.

After it was refloated, the SCA indicated that the vessel will be held until the owner of the Ever Given, Shoei Kisen, pays $916 million as compensation.

However, Kisen, in the complaint attached to a case at the economic court in Ismailia, said the SCA must hold the vessel until the issue is determined. But the court ruled otherwise.

Meanwhile, the head of the SCA indicated that the authority could accept the reduced sum of $550 million for a potential out of court settlement.

SCA Chairman Osama Rabie indicated that a $200 million deposit could be enough to secure the ship’s release, with the rest payable separately.

One of the lawyers representing the vessel owner, Ahmed Abu Ali, said the Ismailia court on Sunday referred the case back to a court of the first instance, which is due to consider it on May 29.

Another lawyer indicated that the case could drag since any ruling by the lower court could trigger appeals.

Meanwhile, the SCA has said in a statement that it is not responsible for Ever Given’s grounding. It added that responsibility lay with the ship’s captain alone and rebutting arguments made a day before by Shoei Kisen’s legal team.

The statement also broke down its $916 million claims. It cited the costs of freeing the ship and a salvage bonus stipulated in maritime law, material and reputational damage, and the diversion of some shipping away from the canal.

One boat sank during the operation to free the ship, resulting in the death of a worker, the SCA said.

The Suez Canal is one of the world’s busiest shipping lanes, and the blockage created a backlog of vessels at either end, raising concerns over the impact on global shipping and supply chains.
